AKPA Treaurer Flo Moore and President Anne Whigham pose with Public Disclosure Commission filer assistant Sally Parker who conducted a 3-hour training session on the Online Reporting of Campaign Activities (ORCA) software Friday, January 19, in Spokane. Also trained were Vice President Linda McHenry and Past President Diane Crow. Past Board Member Nan Ingalls also attended. We’re building some depth of campaign-related skills. Bravo!
